flow) is announced. Brief-release At the beginning of 2006
approximately
1300 people have studied and are studying in ICTL –
representatives of domestic
and foreign companies, operating on Russian market. Perhaps there is no
company
in oil-gas-extracting industry, in ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy,
car
manufacturing, engineering industry, telecommunications, large
distributors and
net retail operators as well as logistic companies, which staff has not
studied
in ICTL. At present ICTL
possesses the best
faculty in logistics in ICTL has become the member
of European
Logistics Association (ELA) since 2001.
Leading foreign
experts and professors
from universities, large educational centers and logistic companies
of HSE ICTL provides
intense consulting
services. During the last five years employees of the Center have
fulfilled
more than 40 logistic projects, including those on request of Ministry
of
Education of Russian Federation, Department of Science and
Manufacturing
Politics of Moscow Government, Association of economic cooperation of
territories of Russian North-Western region as well as such
large companies as OAO Gazprom, Russian
Aluminium management, M Video, Parish Commune and many other. The Center prepares and

ratified by HSE Educational
Council
(minutes ¹ 17 of 27th
February 2004), to chairman`s decree from
15/03/2004 ¹31-07/79. Direct activity of ICTL is regulated by director
of
complementary education OF University (figure 1). Internal organizational
structure of ICTL
management is represented on figure 2. General management of HSE ICTL
implements the President and the Director. The President fulfills
economic-financial activity
by power of attorney given to
him/her by the
